Robert Mighty is an experienced Florida Registered Paralegal with the Law Office of Salesia Smith-Gordon, P.A. Mr. Mighty began his paralegal career as a pre-litigation paralegal in 2003 managing case files. He assisted in the investigation, evaluation, negotiation of settlements and acting as liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance carriers and attorneys. Mr. Mighty worked extensively in the area of personal injury law. His prior work experience includes being a Senior Claims Specialist with Allstate Insurance Company, Practice Administrator for a large orthopedic group, and as Paralegal with Steinger, Greene and Feiner. He assisted in the evaluation and investigation of client’s claims, negotiation of settlements with adjusters and serves as liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance carriers and attorneys He parlays his experiences towards the best interests of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Mighty is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, an active member in his church and is a volunteer with the Kairos Prison Ministry. He received a Certificate of Appreciation for being a Citizen volunteer from the Department of Corrections. Mr. Mighty is married and is the father of a daughter.
