The members and friends of Executive Women of the Palm Beacheshonored the organization’s past leadership at the 34th annual Palm Beach Luncheon.

The ‘’Tribute To Past Presidents’’ event took place Jan. 13.

Salesia Smith-Gordon, recipient of the 2015 Women In Leadership Award, gave the keynote address and told of the impact that women have made on her life and how today’s women can do the same for the next generation.

The afternoon also included remarks by group President Sandra Close Turnquest.

“The women in this room are the true embodiment of what women can do when we work together,” said Turnquest. “The magnificent Salesia Smith-Gordon is an amazing individual who is truly making a difference. I know that because of these women, the Palm Beach County landscape is what it is today.”

Guests included group founder Cynthia Allen Gracey, Regina Bedoya, Charlotte Pelton, Dorothy Jacks and Fran Hathaway.

Proceeds assist Executive Women of the Palm Beaches in its mission is “to empower women to succeed and lead.”
