We Shoulder the Risk
As lawyer, I accept the risk in time and money of successfully representing clients who are injured or the family of the person who died at the hands of a carelessly negligent person, business or corporation. By terms of the contingency fee agreement, there is no fee paid unless the case is won.
We are selective in the cases we accept. Selecting the right client-attorney relationship is important. We recognize the uniqueness of each case and client, with the knowledge that the legal process is a journey for justice, often requiring the filing a law suit.

Investigation
We only handle cases involving injuries or death of people harmed by the negligent wrongdoing of another person, business, corporation or product.
Because we focus only on injury-related cases, we are able to continuously enhance our tactical and trial skills. The firm’s culture is one of targeted intensity from the initial case assessment though the investigation and strategic planning to the execution of the plan. When necessary, we employ special investigators and case consultants such as engineers, accident reconstructionists or human factors experts.
